Returns And Warranty Claims
Every electronic product at positivecrave.co.id comes with a free 1-year free warranty program with conditions:
- If you experience problems with electronic devices (damaged or defective) during the warranty period
- Under normal conditions of use and according to the capacity of the product such as water resistance
- Not due to scuffing or breaking (cosmetic damage)
- Damage is not to the battery, charge and cable
- We will be happy to resolve the issue for you.
Warranty Claim Policy
If you want to claim our product warranty, the steps you can take are as follows:
- Contact our Customer Service about the problem you are experiencing and we will provide a solution.
- If after the checking process there is damage to our product, we will replace the product with a new product according to our stock availability and as long as it is still within the 1 Year Free Warranty period.
- Buyers immediately send the goods to our address so that we can immediately process them for return. All shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.
- Buyers will also be responsible for shipping costs sent from Our City to your location.
- Don’t worry, the shipping costs will not burden you because you only pay domestic shipping costs (between Indonesian cities). Unlike other sellers who require you to pay overseas shipping costs which are very expensive.
